"From Sweet Deal to Total Rip-off"
My fiancé snagged this quick getaway to pop the question in the Bahamas. After a long 8-hour trek, we got to the port in Miami only to find out the cruise was canceled (July 23rd, 2021). I requested a refund of $1,000, and here we are, SEVEN MONTHS LATER, still waiting for our money back. They’ve taken our cash and gone silent. I’ve called, sent emails, and even reported them, but there’s been NO reply. They’ll just take your money and run. Consider yourself warned.

"Never got the opportunity to go on a…"
I never got the opportunity to go on a cruise. With vaccine requirements enforced, I won’t ever be able to cruise with this company. Wake up, BPCL. Not everyone is suitable for the toxic stuff you’re making folks inject into themselves. I’m certain your business will feel the impact of such foolishness on your end.

"A TOTAL SCAM OF A CRUISE LINE"
THIS CRUISE LINE IS A TOTAL SCAM. THEY'RE quick to grab your cash, but if you need to cancel due to COVID, good luck! They claimed it would take 90 days to get your money back, but then they just kept half of it. After those 90 days, suddenly it turned into 120 days. I was passed to an account rep for info, but she never returned my call. I've been calling every single day, and it's just one lie after another. Nobody can give me a straight answer on when or if I’ll see my refund.

"Fantastic Trip to the Bahamas"
I just returned from a fantastic time in Freeport, Bahamas. The journey was amazing, and I truly loved the variety of food available. On these cruises, discovering the top-notch dining is like finding a hidden treasure. The first thing I did upon boarding the ship was to ask the crew for their recommendations, and sure enough, we ended up in the dining area with a special menu featuring the best steak I've had in ages! The choices were incredible. I probably enjoyed more than what I actually paid for :) Haha! The staff was great, and everything was spotless.

"TOTAL SCAM ALERT! Who's with me?"
TOTAL SCAM ALERT! Who's with me on starting a class action against these folks? I booked a cruise for July 10th, 2021, and they pulled the plug just a couple of days before. I used their shady partner, Uplift, to pay for the trip. Now, Uplift is hitting me with monthly charges for a cruise I never got to enjoy! I went to my bank and canceled my card, and guess what? They refunded me my three months of payments!

"AVOID THIS CRUISE AT ALL COSTS"
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRUISE. It’s a nightmare experience. There are so many hidden charges that you'll regret not choosing Carnival or a more reputable line. These folks care absolutely nothing about their customers. They’re struggling post-pandemic, and anyone who books with them is just an easy mark. Deceit after deceit, they’ll take your money, and that much-awaited dinner? Forget it! Plus, they’ll insist on making you take endless COVID tests, even if you just tested negative and are vaccinated, haha! Not sure where their main office is, but it feels like it’s in a developing country. Just a heads up, you’ve been cautioned. This old, outdated ship isn’t worth your time or cash. TRUTH!

"Deception Everywhere"
It seems like everyone is being dishonest. We were misled by all parties involved. First, we arrived only to find out we had to get a covid test, and then there was confusion about the casino voucher and its usage. At dinner in the fancy restaurant, we faced problems with the blinds, and no one would help us; we had to plead to get a different table. The internet in our cabin was practically useless. The air conditioning in the cabin was terrible! They came to fix it, just like with many other issues that were never truly resolved. There were plenty of unexpected charges and a classic bait-and-switch.

"Rip-off and Greedy Shipping"
I’m totally fed up! This was my first and LAST experience with paradise cruise lines. They’re cashing in on covid. I’m fully vaccinated, had proof of it, and was hit with a $25 charge for a covid test as soon as I arrived. No heads-up was given via email, and when I called, I wasn’t informed either. They tried to sweeten the deal by offering the $25 back as a voucher. But let me tell ya, the food was awful, and the water was downright nasty. To top it off, when I was getting back on the ship, they told me I needed another test to board. And AGAIN, no email or text was sent! I ended up shelling out an extra $70—$20 for a taxi and $50 for another covid test, and I got NO REIMBURSEMENT AT ALL! I complained to the front desk, and the lady said she’d jot down a note so they could “do better.” If you’re thinking about a trip or just wanna hit the Bahamas, DO NOT TAKE THIS SHIP—just fly instead.

"No Money Back"
Our journey got canceled on 4/1/2020 because of COVID, and as of 9/14/2020, still no sign of a refund. I'm really frustrated, and folks should be cautious. I've pretty much lost faith that we'll see our cash again. The customer service folks show zero empathy and seem indifferent. They keep pointing fingers at accounting. Each time you reach out, they push the timeline back by several months for when you might get your funds.

"Been on this cruise 5 times... Always a fantastic time!"
I've been on this cruise 5 times now, and each time it just keeps getting better. The crew is spot on and super friendly. Santino, the casino host, really looks after the guests in the casino. Spending the day at the private beach was just amazing. If you're after a quick escape, this is definitely the way to do it.

"Absolutely the worst vacation experience imaginable"
We paid for a cruise, traveled four hours to reach the port, only to discover it wasn't happening that day. Seriously, folks, if you decide to book with this cruise line, be cautious—they might just cancel your trip without any heads-up until you arrive. That’s exactly what happened to us. We were handed a phone number and told, 'Sorry, no cruise today.'

"Absolutely adore this cruise"
This has got to be the finest cruise I've ever been on. The customer service is top-notch, no doubt about it. The crew really makes you feel like part of the family. They take the time to learn about you, which is pretty cool. The casino host is great, sitting down with folks who aren't sure how to play and helping them out. Honestly, you could teach others how to manage their ships.
